If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Confirmed lost packages are reshipped free of charge.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
For safety and regulatory reasons, opened medication packaging cannot be returned.
