1. What is my order status?

You can check the order status in My Account by logging in with your Username and Password.

2. Where do you ship from and how do you ship ?

We have our Shipping Warehouse in Singapore & India. We will ship either from  Singapore or India (depending on stock availability). We would be shipping by Singapore Local Post (Singpost) or India Post Service (EMS), both these shipping methods would be delivered in your country by your local postal service.

3. Do I get tracking number?

Yes, you will get tracking number which is provided to you within 24-48 hours after your payment is confirmed. You can track the shipment on  or .

4.Do you provide delivery via ordinary post (non signed for services)

Yes we do for certain countries only to increase delivery chances otherwise we use Express Shipping where the Authorized Receiver needs to sign off. Average delivery time for shipments is 8-12 working days.

5. How secure is this website?

We are using SSL Encryption (Secure Socket Layer) on this website with 256 bit encryption. This technology encrypts all communication between the sites secured pages and your computer making it safe to submit personal and credit card information. 

6. What is the mode of payment accepted?

7. Why is the price written per pill is low then what ordered?

The price listed is for the highest quantity ordered.  Higher the quantities lower the cost. For eg. Per pill cost for 720 pills will be lower then Per Pill cost for 180 Pills

8. How do I place an order?

9. What if my order is delayed or confiscated by customs?

We will provide Free Re-Shipping if your order does not reach you for any reason. It will be re-shipped free of charge.

10. My shipment shows “inbound into customs” since last 4 days, what do I do?

Do not worry, sometimes it takes bit longer for shipment to get clearance from Customs. Usually shipment is in customs for 2-10 days and then it gets handed over to your local post office for delivery. However in worst case scenario if there is no movement from customs even after 11 days then we will RE-SHIP your order for FREE.

11. I checked my tracking number but it shows no tracking status on tracking website?

Kindly allow 48-72 hours for tracking number to get updated on tracking website. Please note that we are using local postal services to ship your shipment and hence they have their own processes, local post is usually not as fast as courier companies and hence there will be some delay in tracking numbers showing up on tracking websites.

12. Do you Provide Cash on Delivery?

No, Sorry, we do not provide Cash on Delivery Services.

13. Can you deliver it by Express Courier Service ?

No, Sorry, we cannot ship via any Courier Service except local post because courier companies would ask for prescription to be shipped along with order. Moreover they also ask for various other set of documents which are time consuming and eventually delays the process of shipping. Sending shipments by Local post is the most efficient and cost effective way of sending these shipments in Discreet Manner.

14. What days do you ship orders on?

We ship orders on Weekdays, this is Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays are shipped on the next working day.

15. Have sent an Email or Offline Chat and received no reply?

We try our best to respond to all your queries in a timely manner and we value your time. However, due to time difference there are delays which we have no control over but all queries will be responded to within 12-24 hours. Please check your emial SPAM/JUNK Folder for our reply as sometimes it goes in SPAM folder.

16. Forgot my Account Password, how do I reset it?

Go to “My Account” link and enter your email address which you used while creating your account then click on “Forgot Your Password”. A password reset link will be sent to your email address. Follow the instructions to reset your password.
