All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after being placed and confirmation of payments. Orders placed on Saturday, Sundays, and Public Holidays will be processed but shipped out on the next business day. Our customer support department will send you an e-mail instantly after the product is shipped through our Shipping Department. We assure that you would receive the orders within the time limit. In the unlikely event of not receiving the parcel within the stipulated time, contact us ASAP. We will re-ship the products IF the mistake is from our side (Please refer our Refund Policy)

Shipping Methods

  • Order must be shipped only to a physical address where there would be someone to receive the shipment.
  • Express Mail Shipping (EMS) takes 8 – 12 working days to deliver the shipment depending on the destination country. Does require signature upon receiving the package.
  • Parcel Post takes 10 – 15 working days to deliver the shipment depending on the destination country. Does not require signature upon receiving the package.
  • We don’t take any responsibility for incomplete or misdirected address entered by the customer. We strongly recommend rechecking the entered address before sending it to us. However, we do email to confirm the shipping address if we find it be incomplete and only ship once we get a confirmation from the customer.
  • Customers need to save this email as they can revert to this email in case of late delivery or to contact customer support for any query.

What is the difference between Registered Shipping and Express Shipping?

Registered Shipping takes 12-21 days for delivery depending on the destination country. Tracking number of Registered Shipping usually takes longer to get updated on the tracking website as compared to Express Shipping. Express Shipping is much faster compared to Registered Shipping and Tracking Numbers can also be tracked at every step which is not the case in Registered Shipping. Registered Shipping can be tracked only twice, once when it leaves India/Singapore and second when it reaches destination country.

Will my shipment get stuck in Customs?
